Welcome to searleagri.co.nz (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Forestry Sales Limited, trading as Searle Agribusiness (“Searle Agribusiness”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
Forestry Sales Limited is a New Zealand company and a licensed real estate agency under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. Searle Agribusiness and Searle Forestry are trading names of Forestry Sales Limited.
2. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms of Use at any time by publishing the revised terms on the Site. Each visit you make to the Site is subject to the terms current at that time.
3. Property information
Information about properties on the Site, including descriptions, areas, boundaries, yields, carbon units, income, prices, photographs, maps and plans, is provided by vendors and third parties or is derived from public records.
We have not independently verified this information and give no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Areas and boundaries are approximate. Aerial imagery and marked boundaries are indicative only.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a representation about any property. Any sale is subject to a written agreement.
Prospective purchasers must rely on their own enquiries, inspections and professional advice, including legal, financial, valuation, forestry and environmental advice, before making any decision.
4. General information and market commentary
Any market commentary, opinion or general information on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or valuation advice and does not take account of your circumstances.

5. Your use of the Site

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, video, maps, plans, information memoranda, logos and the Searle Agribusiness and Searle Forestry names and marks, is owned by or licensed to Forestry Sales Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright and trade mark law.
Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right in that content other than the limited right to view it set out in section 5.
7. Enquiries, forms and correspondence
When you submit an enquiry, register interest, subscribe to updates or otherwise contact us through the Site, the information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You warrant that any information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We may use anything you send us, other than personal information, for any purpose without obligation to you.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms, mapping services and data rooms. These are provided for convenience.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any linked site, and a link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.
If you are acquiring our services for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

13. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
