With extensive hands-on experience across horticulture, dairy, sheep and beef, forestry and rural land, Jim brings a practical understanding of agribusiness and the factors that influence rural property decisions. His strong regional knowledge allows him to provide buyers and vendors with clear, well-informed advice throughout the transaction process.

Jim also brings significant property and development experience. He purchased the Ohakune Hotel, established four businesses within the property, sold each business individually, completed earthquake strengthening of the building and ultimately sold the freehold.
