Warwick Searle

Owner | Director

Warwick has twenty years in rural and agribusiness real estate and is REINZ Rural Salesperson of the Year 2024. He began in Bay of Plenty dairy and kiwifruit sales with Harveys Whakatāne, ran LJ Hooker Gisborne’s rural business — selling Waikura, Pakira and other major East Coast stations — and then led national agribusiness and forestry teams at CBRE and Colliers, transacting more than 30,000 hectares of farmland and forest. He founded Searle Agribusiness to give farm vendors a specialist, nationally connected alternative to the franchise networks.
